How often do i need to train?

As often as your schedule allows. We always start by asking what you can realistically commit to — no pressure, no fluff. Then we design a plan that fits your life and delivers results without burning you out.

Can i get trained by my coach in person?

100% you most defiantly can! I open up my schedule to existing online clients in at Windsor Gym. All bookings are first in best dressed and come at an extra cost to your online coaching.

How often can a contact my coach?

You’ve got direct access to your coach anytime via message! We actually encourage you to over-communicate — send through training videos for feedback, ask questions, and check in as often as you need. Each coach runs on their own schedule, but you’ll always get two replies per day.

What if I don’t want to track my food?

Absolutely no stress! Everyone’s journey is unique, and if tracking your food feels overwhelming or you’ve had a tough relationship with numbers or eating in the past, that’s totally okay. We’ll work with you from where you’re at and build a plan that feels right for you.

Do I get to choose what food I eat?

100%. At Culture Fit, coaching is personal. Your nutrition plan is built with your needs, goals, and preferences at the core — nothing generic, just what actually works for you.

How long will it take to see results?

How longs a piece of string? exactly! It's a very hard question to answer. However, It's completely in your control. It all depends on how much you put into your transformation and goal. Staying disciplined, being consistent and willing to make minor sacrifices you will see results this 100% I guaranty.

Everyone’s body responds differently depending on their starting point, consistency, training intensity, and nutrition. Most people start noticing changes in 4–6 weeks, with more significant results around the 8–12 week mark. From 12 to 16 weeks on wee see insane results! Complete transformations, crazy results and unrecognisable changes!
